Shipping Times: Over 97% of orders ship out within 24 business hours of being placed. We strive to ship as many orders as we can the same business day that they are placed. Certain products may have extended lead times (check the product page for a notice of extended ship times).

Shipping Cost: It’s always free shipping within the contiguous United States.

Handling Cost: We don’t charge a handling fee.

Shipping Method: All orders (excluding over size items such as heat pumps) ship via UPS Ground, FedEx Ground or FedEx Home Delivery at the discretion of PoolHeatPumpKing.com.

Where we DO ship:

We do ship all of our products throughout the 48 contiguous US States and most products to Alaska and Hawaii.

We do not ship products outside of the 50 US States.

Policy Regarding Exported Items: Any products purchased from PoolHeatPumpKing.com that are taken outside of the 50 US States will not be covered by manufacturer's warranties. Any rebates or trade-ins will also be voided. These are policies that our manufacturers have put in place and we must abide by them.
